ReferenceError: #1056

Hi David,

I'm using a number of components—Slideshow, Carousel and ThumbnailGrid. I've created a new Flash document with just the grid and entering the xlm path directly to the component property and it works. But in context with the other components, I get the following error:

ReferenceError: Error #1056: Cannot create property itemPadding on com.flashotaku.displayitem.DisplayItem.
at com.flashotaku.grid::ThumbnailGrid/updateItemProperties()
at com.flashotaku.grid::ThumbnailGrid/updateUnloadedItems()
at com.flashotaku.grid::ThumbnailGrid/draw()
at com.flashotaku.core::FlashOtakuCore/callLaterDispatcher()

Can you shed some light on this?

Hi Joseph,

That error is thrown because the Grid component that you're using is not the standard one, it's a custom version which has a few additional properties like "itemPadding". If you don't need the "itemPadding" property in this project, I recommend you use the standard version of the Grid, which you can download from your account.
