    Grid 3D uses the popular 3D engine, PaperVision3D 2, for achieving 3D perspective.

  • XML Support

    The component features XML support that allows you to update its data without having to republish the SWF file. For example, you could add or remove images in the Grid just by editing the XML file.

  • Live Preview

    Live Preview is a feature that allows you to see, at design time, how the component will be rendered while changing different properties in the Component Inspector.

  • Video Content + RTMP (PRO version)

    Grid3D component can load videos, including H.264 encoded videos, using progressive download or RTMP streaming. The following extensions are supported: .mp4, .mov, .m4v, .m4a, .3gp, .flv, .f4v. Click here to see an example.

  • YouTube Videos (PRO version)

    You can also load YouTube videos by simply specifying the ID of the video in the XML file or using Actionscript code. Click here to see an example.

  • Customizable Video Player (PRO version)

    The video player's controls can easily be customized the same way you customize the Adobe components that come with the Flash IDE.

  • Additional Data

    You have the option to specify additional data for each item, such as title, description, link, or any other data, in the XML file or by using Actionscript code.

  • Zoom Capability

    The component allows you to zoom over an item and display a higher resolution version of the same item, or even a movieclip.

  • Runtime Handling

    Any property can be changed at runtime and the component also provides a set of methods for adding, removing or replacing items at runtime.

  • Over 65 Customizable Properties

    Over 65 properties allow you to change the Grid's appearance, making it fit perfectly into your projects. You can set the orientation to vertical or horizontal, number of rows or columns, scaling, preloaders, reflection and others.

  • 3D Camera Control

    The component provides you with a set of properties to control the zoom, focus and position of the Grid's 3D Camera using the Component Inspector or Actionscript code.

  • Multiple Content Types

    Supports externally loaded content (JPEG, PNG, GIF, SWF) as well as library assets and DisplayObject (MovieClip, Sprite, Bitmap, etc.) instances. You can load the content through XML or Actionscript.

  • Broken URL Handling

    The Grid 3D flash component gives you the option to automatically skip all broken URL's and only load images with a valid location.

  • Auto-Scroll

    The Grid 3D component has a built-in auto-scroll feature and provides a set of properties which allow you to set the direction and the delay of the scrolling.

  • Complex Navigation

    You are provided with a set of methods for navigation which allow you to scroll by a specific amount or to scroll to a specific item.

  • Drag Scroll

    The built-in drag scroll features allow you to move the Grid by dragging it with the mouse.

  • 5 Preloaders

    The Grid 3D component also has 5 built-in preloaders and a set of properties for customizing the color, transparency and size of the preloaders.

  • Custom Events

    The built-in Event system provides more than 45 custom events that will allow you to track all the mouse interaction and the loading process.

  • 5 Effect Components

    The 5 Effect Components included allow you to change the appearance of the item when a user moves the mouse over the items or when an item is selected.

  • ScrollBar Component

    The ScrollBar component is fully skinnable. The component can easily be customized just by replacing the default skins with those built by you.
