About FlashOtaku
History
FlashOtaku began as a simple blog offering free flash components in December of 2007. We originally offered the Slideshow component and the Thumbnail Scroller component, both of which were great successes downloaded by thousands of users. After this success we decided to take another step forward. In November 2008, less than a year after the initial launch, we released the new version of the website. With this release, more components were made available. This time we decided to charge a small fee for the components, which come with many more features and improved functionality.
Mission
Our mission is to provide high quality flash components with extensive features to ease a designer's job and help the designer create advanced flash applications. The components available at FlashOtaku provide powerful API and offer great flexibility so that they can also be used by developers who want to save time.
We focus on providing the best customer support in the industry by promptly responding to questions from our clients and helping them integrate our components into their projects.
